The hotel had a great location close to Broadway and local fruits. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but had a broken shower controller taped up with duct tape. The service was subpar, with a dirty room and a $50 deposit. The location was noisy and dirty with a lot of trash. The dining experience was disappointing, with only a biscuit and weak coffee. The facilities lacked proper upkeep.
